Playnest: questions to answer about offline play
Before changing how Playnest works offline, write down what a family should expect without a connection.
Playnest is a collection of games for children. Offline behaviour matters more there than almost anywhere else, because a game that half-loads is worse than one that clearly says it needs a connection.
- Which games must work with no connection at all?
- What does a grown-up see when an update is waiting?
- How is a stale cached copy detected and replaced?
